Priority Mail Express (fastest, guaranteed): This is the premium service, starting from $31.40.

Shipping Details:
Most small items (beads, findings, small pendants, etc.) will ship via USPS First Class Mail in a bubble mailer.
Heavier or oversized items (chains, large pendants, heavy beads, etc.) will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Once an item is marked as delivered by USPS or an international carrier, it is not eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for purchasing insurance or registering international parcels for added protection. If a package is returned to us, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Any errors in the address may result in delays or failed deliveries.
Delivery times for APO/FPO addresses may vary.
International Customers:
Yes! We ship worldwide! However, please note the following:
Your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Parcels refused by the recipient and returned to us are not eligible for a shipping refund.
Shipping Method:
Orders ship via USPS First Class International—the most cost-effective option. However, this service does not provide tracking once the package leaves the U.S.
If you wish to track your order, we can ship via Registered Mail, starting at $20+. Contact us to add this option. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time:
International shipments can take up to six weeks to arrive. If delayed, check with your local customs office.
APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. Any inquiries should be directed to the appropriate military mail department.
Customs Restrictions:
Some countries have restrictions on specific items. If you're unsure, check with your local postal service before placing an order. While we will do our best to ensure safe delivery, Only Beads is not responsible for customs delays or restrictions.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at onlybeads@gmail.com for a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Shipping insurance is available for purchase during checkout. Only Beads is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not insured. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.
