All products must be returned in the same condition as when they left our shop—this includes beads remaining on their original strands and items in their original packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item or a different item from a selected choice list. If there is a price difference, the balance must be settled accordingly.
Exchange requests are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of our services or products shall be limited to the total amount of the order value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return them.
Items must be in their original condition (e.g., beads must remain strung, packaging must be intact).
You must notify us before sending the return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including adding tracking or signature confirmation if desired. We offer free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items to ensure your satisfaction.
Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and determine the best resolution, whether that be a replacement, refund, or other solution.
If you are missing items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and try to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected within 7-10 business days of refund initiation.
Additional Notes:
Lost or Delivered Packages: Orders marked as delivered by USPS or an international carrier will not be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to purchase insurance or register their international parcel to ensure safe delivery. Missing mail that has been marked delivered will not qualify for a shipping refund, regardless of item value or replacement.
Natural Variations: Many of our products are made from natural materials, meaning variations in color, pattern, size, and texture are to be expected. If you require a specific shade, size, or pattern, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply. It is a charge deducted from the refund amount when a customer returns an item. It covers the cost of processing the return, inspecting the item, repackaging it, and restocking it for resale. Contact for more information.
